Clubs, leagues + tournaments
Drop-in groups, ladder leagues, and tournament programs across Toledo and NW Ohio.
Toledo and NW Ohio have one of the Midwest's strongest mid-market pickleball scenes. The Toledo Metroparks system anchors the outdoor side — Wildwood Preserve in West Toledo, Pearson in Oregon, and Side Cut in Maumee — with Sylvania running the most active senior league in the region. Toledo Pickle, the 50,000-sq-ft Vistula-neighborhood facility (10 indoor + 2 outdoor courts on the Maumee River) opened January 2025 and reset the downtown indoor scene. Bowling Green added 8 new lighted outdoor courts at the Community Center in November 2025. Findlay's Flag City Pickleball Courts at Riverside Park anchor Hancock County. The broader indoor scene runs through YMCA Toledo branches, Premier Athletic Center in Maumee, Tam-O-Shanter in Sylvania, and school/church gyms that keep play alive November through March.
